Every Pioneer CDJ on this page has been through the bench in our Battersea workshop before it was listed. The jog wheel, cue and play buttons, USB and SD slots, screen and Pro DJ Link port are all tested, then the unit is deep cleaned inside and out and graded Premium to Fair on cosmetics alone.

The range runs from the CDJ 2000 family (original, Nexus and NXS2) that still runs most club booths, through the CDJ 900 and 900 Nexus for smaller rooms, up to the current CDJ 3000 and AlphaTheta CDJ 3000X. Which used CDJ should I buy?

If you play out, the CDJ 2000 NXS2 or CDJ 3000 matches what you will find in most booths. For home practice with rekordbox USBs, a CDJ 2000 Nexus or CDJ 900 Nexus does the same job for less. The original CDJ 2000 is the budget way into full-size players.

Do used CDJs come with a warranty?

Yes. Premium grade units carry a 6 month warranty and Excellent, Good and Fair grade units carry 3 months, with free return postage on any claim. Your Consumer Rights Act protection is unaffected.

What does the condition grade actually mean?

The grade is cosmetic only. Every player is fully working and bench-tested whatever the grade. Premium is close to new, Excellent shows light marks, Good has visible wear and Fair has heavy wear at the lowest price. See the condition grading guide.
