Send us the gear or drop it in and we charge a flat diagnostic fee to find the fault and give you a fixed quote. If you go ahead with the repair, that fee comes straight off the bill. If you decide not to, you have paid only for the diagnosis and we send it back. No work ever happens without your say-so.

How much does a DJ equipment repair cost?
We charge a flat diagnostic fee to find the fault and send you a fixed quote. If you go ahead, that fee comes straight off the bill. Common jobs are fixed-price: Play and Cue switch replacement from £40, jog wheel repair from £60, full service and deep clean from £60, power and board repair from £60. Anything bigger gets a written quote after diagnosis, and no work starts without your sign-off.
How long does a repair take?
Most jobs are on the bench for 1 to 5 days once the gear arrives. When you book we come back with a diagnostic plan and a likely turnaround, usually within one business day.
Which brands do you repair?
We specialise in Pioneer DJ, AlphaTheta, Technics and Allen & Heath: the CDJ, XDJ, DJM, SL-1200 and Xone gear working DJs actually use. If you have something else, message us anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can I post my gear to you, or do I need to drop it off?
Both work. Anywhere in the UK, we send packing guidance and a tracked, insured label, and repaired gear ships back to you tracked. In London, book a slot and drop it off at the workshop on York Road in Battersea.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair is carried out by our in-house techs, uses genuine or equivalent-quality parts, and is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty.
My CDJ Play or Cue button is sticky. Is it just the cap?
Usually not. The fault is normally the tactile switch underneath, so we replace the switch itself rather than the cap, then test every trigger. It is one of the most common CDJ repairs we do, from £40.
Can you check a deck before I buy it, or prep mine before I sell it?
Yes. A Health Check from £30 is a full inspection with a written report and photos, back to you in 1 to 2 days, with no repairs carried out. Prepare for sale from £30 lifts grime and sticker residue, restores the plastics and cleans the screens, and comes with a health-check report buyers will trust.
Do you service equipment I did not buy from you?
Yes. We service and repair DJ gear whether you bought it from us or not, and whether it is a single deck or a whole club setup.
