At Turntable Trader, we want customers to be confident when purchasing from us. Please read the following Return and Refund Policy carefully, as it sets out your rights and our obligations.
1. General Policy
All sales are final unless stated otherwise. As Turntable Trader specialises in pre-owned DJ equipment, buyers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and condition notes before completing a purchase.
2. Returns

Items are eligible for return where they are:

Damaged upon arrival

Not as described in the original listing
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email at turntabletrader@gmail.com, providing the order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will then provide return instructions
Repair Handling
If an item is found to be defective, it must be returned to Turntable Trader for inspection and repair. Customers must not arrange or authorise repairs through third-party technicians without our prior written consent.
3. Unauthorised Repairs
Customers must not arrange, authorise, or carry out any repairs, servicing, diagnostics, or modifications through third-party repairers or technicians without prior written approval from Turntable Trader.
Where a customer proceeds with repairs without such approval, Turntable Trader shall have no liability for any costs incurred, including labour, parts, diagnostics, or associated fees.
We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement, compensation, or partial payment for any unauthorised repair work. Customers must allow Turntable Trader a reasonable opportunity to inspect and resolve any issue directly or via an approved repair partner. Failure to do so may result in the loss of any entitlement to repair, refund, replacement, or compensation.
4. Refunds
Refund Process
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Items purchased more than 30 calendar days prior

Items returned without original packaging (where applicable)

Items showing new damage, wear, or use not present at the time of sale
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or not as described. In those cases, Turntable Trader will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please complete the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
