About the controller
The Rane ONE is a hybrid DJ controller that combines the tactile feel of vinyl with digital flexibility. It features 7-inch motorized platters (die-cast aluminum with acrylic control disks) that emulate the force and feedback of real turntables. You can adjust torque settings and drop-in from one torque style to another, giving you control over your performance feel.
Each deck includes eight multi-function performance pads, offering modes like Hot Cue, Saved Loop, Roll, Sampler, Slicer, and Serato’s Scratch Bank. Above the pads are six stackable FX buttons and a dedicated FX paddle, giving you hands-on control over effects systems. The Rane ONEuses a MAG FOUR crossfader, which is extremely light, adjustable, and user-replaceable; channel faders are standard but solid and tuned for reliable performance.
From a connectivity standpoint, you get two USB Type-B ports (for dual-laptop setups), phono/line RCA inputs (so you can connect turntables or CDJs), RCA auxiliary input, dual mic inputs (combo XLR / TRS), balanced XLR and RCA master outputs, booth outputs, and dual headphone jacks (¼" and ⅛"). The Rane ONE includes full media and audio conversion with Cirrus Logic 24-bit converters and supports 32-bit floating-point DSP internally, giving dynamic, high-resolution sound.
As for the digital side, the Rane ONE comes ready for Serato DJ Pro — The Rane ONE automatically unlocks the software when connected (no license needed). You can also use its internal mixer when running external sources, and it supports DVS using the phono inputs if you own the Serato DVS expansion. The ONE’s design is built with attention to detail, solid build quality, and performance-focused layout that bridges traditional DJ skill and modern flexibility.
