About the mixer
The original DJM 750 is a 4-channel digital DJ mixer that brings advanced features in a mid-tier package. It inherits the same 32-bit digital signal processor as Pioneer’s club flagship mixers, giving it great headroom and clarity while reducing noise in the signal path. It also includes a built-in 24-bit/96 kHz USB sound card, allowing up to 4 stereo inputs and outputs directly over USB, which makes it ideal for integrating with software and DVS setups.
On the effects side, the DJM 750 features 13 Beat FX (such as delay, echo, roll, spiral, reverb, filter) with a dedicated Level/Depth knob to control the wet/dry mix. There’s also a unique Boost Color FX feature, which enables you to intensify Sound Color FX and Beat FX in one smooth motion, using the rotation speed of the special chrome knob to blend the effect. The DJM 750 offers full Sound Color FX (Filter, Crush, Noise, Jet) plus the Beat FX, and you can route FX per channel, to crossfader, mic, or master output.
Each of the four music channels supports line and phono inputs, with full 3-band EQ and gain/trim control. There’s also a send/return loop for external effects gear. The mic input includes basic level and echo control. The crossfader is selectable in curve and channel assignment, and fader start is supported for channels 2 and 3. In addition, MIDI control is fully supported—virtually all knobs and controls are assignable to external gear or software.

In practice, the original DJM 750 is known for its flexibility, clean sound, and effects depth, although the MK2 version later made some refinements (especially around USB sample rate and soundcard design). If you have one in great condition, it remains a powerful, full-featured mixer that bridges club levels and creative DJ setups.
