A real person checks your quote and confirms the figure within an hour. A few photos over WhatsApp is usually all we need to firm it up.

Swap and settle
Drop in to Battersea and leave with your new setup, or we collect your gear and send the new kit out. Your allowance comes off the price and you settle the difference.

How much more do I get for part exchange?
5% on top of the cash quote, added automatically when you choose part-exchange in the calculator. It is the best price we pay for used gear.
Can I part exchange against anything?
Yes, anything in stock, singles or full setups, at the price on the listing. If you can't see what you want, message us and we'll tell you straight.
Do I have to bring my gear to you?
No. We offer free UK collection on full setups and higher-value items, and a free tracked postage label for single smaller items. You are also welcome to drop in to Battersea by appointment and do the swap in one visit.
When is the allowance confirmed?
A real person confirms your quote within an hour, usually from a few photos. The final check happens on the bench when your gear arrives. If anything differs from what you told us, we talk to you before anything changes.
What if my gear is worth more than what I'm buying?
We pay you the difference by bank transfer once your gear has passed testing, the same day it arrives with us.

Amazing choice of used equipment - I like to buy second hand from shops so that there is an actual support mechanism if any probs with equipment .
