Domestic Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day, and guarantee shipment by the next working day at the latest.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked Delivery, DPD Next day, or Parcelforce 24H. While most parcels arrive the next day, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery during busy periods. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Import Duties & Taxes)

All international orders (including shipments to the EU) are sent Delivered At Place (DAP). This means:

The buyer is responsible for paying any import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by their country’s customs authority.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost displayed on our website.

Customs policies and VAT rates vary by country - please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

If charges are not paid and the goods are returned to us, we will refund the item price (minus shipping costs and any return fees charged by the courier).

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such import charges.
