TurntableTrader LTD - 3-Month Warranty Policy

This warranty is designed to give customers confidence that pre-loved gear won’t suddenly fail without cause.

Warranty Length

Three (3) months from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

• Unexpected faults or failures occurring during normal use within the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered

• Change of mind / needs cash: Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or financial reasons. There must be an actual fault.
• Added cosmetic wear: Warranty is void if the item comes back with new damage not present at sale. Examples include (not limited to) cigarette burns, large jogwheel scratches, dents, cracks, broken knobs/faders. Light cosmetic wear consistent with age/use is expected and is not a fault.
• Liquid ingress (“taken a drink”): If inspection finds signs of liquid inside, the warranty is void.
• Misuse / mishandling / unauthorised repairs or modification.
• Transport after delivery: Any shipping you arrange, airline transport, courier damage, or improper packaging after delivery voids the warranty for any resulting issues.
• Electrical surges, impact damage, or damage in transit post-delivery.

Chain of Sale (Ownership)

• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• If the item is resold, listed for sale, or ownership otherwise changes, the warranty is immediately void.
• If the item is shipped, flown, or transported after delivery by the owner or any third party, the warranty is void for any resulting issues.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us first for a return authorisation (RMA). Unauthorised returns may be refused.
2. Pack securely: Return the item well-packed and insured. You are responsible for safe return transit.
3. Inspection: We will check cosmetic and functional condition. If needed, the unit will be opened/stripped to check for internal damage or liquid ingress.
4. Outcome: If a warrantable fault is confirmed, we may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Important Notes

• Cosmetic condition on return must match the condition at sale (aside from light, expected wear). New damage voids coverage.
• We strongly recommend professional-grade flight cases and following manufacturer transport guidance.
• Keep your proof of purchase and report any issues promptly.
