Faults caused by something other than the gear itself.
- Drops, knocks, spills, or liquid ingress after delivery
- Damage from electrical surges
- Wear consistent with the original condition grade
- Faults from unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Use outside manufacturer intent
- Tamper-evident seals broken or removed

Warranty questions, answered
How long is the warranty on used DJ equipment?
Every unit we sell is covered: Premium condition carries a 6 month warranty, and Excellent, Good and Fair carry a 3 month warranty. Condition grades describe cosmetics only, every unit is fully working when it leaves us.
What does the warranty cover?
Any fault that stops the unit working as it should during the warranty period. We repair, replace or refund at our discretion, and we cover the return postage.
What if my order arrives dead or faulty?
Report it within 7 days and it is treated as dead on arrival: we prioritise a replacement, or a repair or refund if you prefer. This sits alongside the standard warranty.
Who pays for return postage on a warranty claim?
We do. Get in touch, we email you a prepaid label, and once the unit is back we aim to have it diagnosed and turned around within 7 days.
Does the warranty affect my legal rights?
No. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected, the warranty sits on top of them.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a short description of the fault. We will send a prepaid return label and keep you updated through diagnosis and repair.
